Part chemist, part chef, this prolific artist moves seamlessly from the salons of the Louvre, to the spice trails of the Orient and the jungles of the Amazon, constantly seeking ingredients to feed his curiosity.

On a trip through Europe one summer, our maestro found his calling. He could summon his wisdom, his imagination, his knowledge of many languages, cultures, vegetables, plants and herbs, and bake the perfect meal within a mouthwatering crust.
