Brian Khoddam
CEO/Co-founder
Brian Khoddam’s craving developed while traveling. He picked up the concept of the portable meat pie while vacationing in South Africa, where there are hundreds of little shop selling these delicious treats. He just couldn’t get enough of these savory pies and was determined to bring the concept back home to the States.

Brian is an accountant by trade with a solid 15 year career in finance and business management, and a BS and MBA from the University of Southern California. Brian earned his CPA while at powerhouse Ernst & Young, serving the firm’s retail, real estate and hospitality clients. He then turned his talents toward consulting for a diverse group of companies including PolyGram and Razorfish before transitioning to Office Depot where he oversaw 208 retail locations with over $1.5 billion in revenue.

Kevin Kelly
COO
Kevin Kelly joins our seasoned management team with over 25 years of food industry experience. Kevin has held the role of CEO & President in both large public corporations and small private companies. His senior management positions with Pillsbury, General Mills, Michael Foods, and internationally based ESI Holdings have given him a broad background from which to draw.

Kevin's emphasis is in the sales and marketing areas of the foodservice, retail consumer packaged goods, and restaurant industries. Kevin was drawn to The Cravery by the unique and delicious product offerings and the dynamic growth possibilities for The Cravery concept.

Hormoz Ghaznavi
President/Executive Chef/Co-founder
Entrepreneur, painter, restaurateur, world-renowned chef and esteemed baker are but a few accomplishments of this true Renaissance gentleman with a career spanning over four decades.

Hormoz has created culinary masterpieces throughout Europe and America, from London’s prestigious Maison Bouquion to the famous Hotel del Coronado in San Diego. Whatever he is doing, he gives his all and it shows. His birthday cake for former President Ronald Reagan featured a portrait of the president hand-iced onto the cake. Similar commemorative cakes have been presented to celebrities ranging from Fred Astaire to Madonna.

But Hormoz has not only catered to the elite. You have sampled his work in the products of Bubbles’ Baking Company, Heidi’s Gourmet, Sam’s Cheesecakes, Jon Donaire and King’s Hawaiian Bakery where he not only developed recipes but held key management positions in Operations, Production, Research & Development and Purchasing. Hormoz' talents in both the kitchen and the boardroom were instrumental in transforming these companies from local favorites to national suppliers of gourmet baked goods.
